Our school actively responds to the call of the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission to organize the second Shanghai University Laboratory Safety Month. During the safety month, we will carry out special activities such as identifying laboratory hazards and identifying hidden dangers, training laboratory safety teams and emergency drills, theme education and publicity, laboratory safety knowledge competitions, and cultural and creative work design competitions. On November 3rd, the Environmental Safety and Health Department organized laboratory safety management personnel from various institutes to visit Shanghai Tianhan Environmental Resources Co., Ltd. to further understand the hazardous waste disposal process and corresponding environmental laws and regulations in the laboratory.
