1.To establish, change or decommission a laboratory, please contact the safety director of the relevant institute and register, change or cancel with EHS.
2.For newly established or operational laboratories, please fill in the Registration Form for Laboratory Establishment at ShanghaiTech University.
3.In the event of any changes or revocation to the laboratory, please fill out the Registration Form for Laboratory Change/Cancellation at ShanghaiTech University and promptly file it with EHS.
