为确保暑期实验室安全，维护校园稳定，现将有关要求通知如下：
暑期实验室安全注意事项
1、加强人员管理：暑期实验室应严格做好人员管理，杜绝单独实验，禁止无关人员进入。（特别提醒：加强对教职工子女的校园安全教育与监管，请让孩子远离实验室、科研平台等危险区域，严防意外事故发生。）
2、遵守操作规程：严格遵守实验室各项规定及安全操作规程。实验时必须做好个人防护（穿戴实验服、手套、护目镜等）。严禁在实验室内饮食、烹饪、留宿及使用可燃性蚊香。
3、落实值日检查：严格执行实验室值日和安全检查制度。人员离开时，务必关好门窗，切断水、电、气源。
4、规范用电安全：严禁超负荷用电，严禁违规使用大功率电器。严禁将平衡车、电动车电池带入实验室充电。
5、防范恶劣天气：高温天气下，需重点关注水、电、通风系统等基础设施安全。针对夏季雷电、暴雨等强对流天气，提前做好防范措施，加强仪器设备防护，防止事故发生。
6、严格化学品管理：加强易制毒、易制爆、易燃易爆等危险化学品的安全管理与规范存储。
7、加强气瓶管理：气瓶（钢瓶）中的压缩气体属于危险化学品，应合理固定、妥善存放，防止碰撞或倾倒。不使用或使用完毕的气瓶，务必确保总阀关闭，以防泄漏。超期、报废气瓶应及时清理，严禁存放在实验室。
8、重视设备维护：高温季节，需重视低温冰箱、高温高压设备的使用管理。不使用的设备应及时断电并妥善放置。特种设备及其安全附件应保持定期维保，及时消除安全隐患。

To All Units,
In order to ensure laboratory safety and maintain campus stability during the summer vacation, the following requirements are hereby notified:
Summer Vacation Laboratory Safety Guidelines
Personnel Management: Laboratories must manage personnel effectively. Working alone is prohibited, and unauthorized access must be prevented. (Note: Please strengthen supervision and safety education for faculty and staff children on campus. Ensure children stay away from hazardous areas such as laboratories and research platforms to strictly prevent accidents.)
Compliance and PPE: Adhere to all laboratory regulations and strictly follow safety operating procedures. Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times (e.g., lab coats, gloves, goggles). Eating, cooking, staying overnight, and using flammable mosquito coils in the laboratory are strictly prohibited.
Duty and Security: Implement duty rosters and safety inspection systems. Ensure doors, windows, water, electricity, and gas are properly turned off before leaving.
Electrical Safety: Overloading electrical circuits is strictly prohibited. Do not use unauthorized high-power appliances. It is strictly prohibited to charge batteries for balance scooters, electric bicycles, or similar vehicles inside the laboratory.
Weather Preparedness: Please pay attention to basic infrastructure safety, including water, electricity, and ventilation systems during hot weather. Take preventive measures against severe convective weather such as thunderstorms and heavy rain, and ensure proper protection of instruments and equipment to prevent accidents.
Chemical Safety: Strengthen the safety management of chemicals, with a focus on the safe use and storage of precursor chemicals (toxic and explosive), flammables, explosives, and other hazardous substances.
Gas Cylinder Safety: Compressed gas cylinders are classified as hazardous chemicals. They must be securely fixed and properly stored to prevent collisions or tipping. Ensure the main valve is closed for cylinders not in use or after emptying to prevent gas leakage. Expired or scrapped cylinders must be disposed of promptly and must not be stored in the laboratory.
Equipment Management: During high-temperature seasons, prioritize the usage and management of cryogenic freezers and high-temperature/high-pressure equipment. Unused equipment should be disconnected from power and stored properly. Special equipment and safety attachments must undergo regular maintenance to eliminate potential hazards.
