五一假期将至，为进一步加强全校实验室安全管理工作，严防假期实验室安全事故的发生，各单位要进一步加强安全管理，紧绷安全之弦，现将相关工作提示如下：
1. 离校前所有危化品分类存放，管控化学品严格执行双人双锁管理，台账齐全，严禁随意摆放、私自带出。
2. 实验废液、废固规范分类标识存放，严禁随意倾倒，假期结束后统一合规处置。
3. 离校前关闭所有仪器、设备及总电源，拔除闲置插头，杜绝长通电、长明灯。
4. 清理实验台面，整理仪器设备并做好防尘防盗，严禁存放私人物品、违禁物品。
5. 离校前务必关闭门窗、水阀、气阀及通风系统，防范各类安全风险。
6. 各实验室负责人为安全第一责任人，离校前完成隐患排查，落实值班巡查责任。假期值守人员规范操作并做好个人防护。
7. 遇突发安全事故，立即规范处置、上报学校并拨打救援电话，严禁迟报、瞒报。
安全无小事，责任无假期。请全体师生严格落实要求，守好安全防线，平安欢度五一假期。

Dear all,
As the May Day holiday approaches, in order to further strengthen laboratory safety management across the university and strictly prevent laboratory safety incidents during the holiday, all units are required to enhance safety management and remain vigilant. The following reminders are hereby issued:
1. Before leaving, all hazardous chemicals shall be stored in categories. Controlled chemicals shall be managed strictly under the double-person, double-lock system with complete accounts. Random placement and private removal are strictly prohibited.
2. Experimental waste liquid and solid shall be stored in classified and labeled manner in a standardized way. Random dumping is strictly prohibited, and they shall be disposed of in a unified and compliant manner after the holiday.
3. Before leaving, turn off all instruments, equipment and main power supply, unplug idle plugs, and eliminate long-term power supply and unattended lights.
4. Clean the laboratory workbench, sort out instruments and equipment, and take dust-proof and anti-theft measures. Storage of personal items and prohibited items is strictly prohibited.
5. Before leaving, ensure that doors, windows, water valves, gas valves and ventilation systems are closed to prevent various safety risks.
6. The person in charge of each laboratory is the primary person responsible for safety. Conduct a hidden danger inspection before leaving and implement the duty and patrol responsibilities. On-duty personnel during the holiday shall operate in a standardized manner and do a good job in personal protection.
7. In case of sudden safety accidents, take standardized disposal measures immediately, report to the university and call the emergency rescue number. Delayed reporting, underreporting and concealing reports are strictly prohibited.
Safety is no trivial matter, and responsibility is not limited by holidays. ase all teachers and students strictly implement these requirements, guard the safety line, and spend a safe and happy May Day holiday.
