为确保暑期实验室安全，保障和维护校园稳定安全，现将有关要求通知如下。
1. 暑期前各单位组织实验室安全检查，落实暑期值班巡检并做好安全应急预案。
2. 暑假期间，实验室应做好人员管理，避免单独实验，避免无关人员进入；接待访客请参照《实验室接待访客安全注意事项》（通知公告前期）。
3. 严禁在实验室内超负荷用电，严禁违规使用电器，电动车、电动车电池严禁进入实验室。
4. 高温季节，特别要重视危险化学品、压力容器、气体钢瓶、低温冰箱、高温高压设备的使用和管理。
5. 对温、湿度有控制要求的实验室在高温天气要注意水、电、风等基础安全。针对夏季雷电、暴雨等多发的强对流天气做好防范措施，做好仪器设备的防护工作，防止各类事故发生。

To ensure laboratory safety during the Summer Vacation for the stability and safety of campus, general guidelines and requirements are hereby notified as follows:
Conduct safety inspections, strengthen the investigation of hazards and improve the emergency response plan; registering for laboratory use during summer vacation, and ensure personnel on duty for safety.
Unauthorized personnel are not permitted to enter labs. Refer to attached Safety Reminder of Hosting Laboratory Visits.
It is strictly forbidden to overload electricity in laboratories and illegal use of electrical appliances. Electric vehicles and their batteries are not allowed in laboratories.
Special attention should be paid to the use and management of dangerous chemicals, pressure vessels, gas cylinders, low-temperature refrigerators, and high-temperature and high-pressure equipment in hot weather.
Laboratories with temperature and humidity control requirements should pay attention to basic safety such as water leakage, electricity and ventilation in hot weather. Take precautions against strong convective weather, and ensure instruments and equipment.
