实验室接待访客安全注意事项
各单位：
为了确保访客参观实验室时的安全，并保障实验室正常的科研和工作秩序，请各单位在接待外来访客时注意以下事项：
1、实验室负责人需根据实验室的工作安排和安全状况，决定是否接受访客，规模较大的访客团需征得所在单位批准。
2、对于首次访问实验室的访客，接待方应组织访客进行安全培训，内容包括实验室的安全规章制度、危险区域和危险物品的识别、紧急情况的应对措施等。安全培训可以采用讲解、观看视频、发放资料等方式进行。如需要接待方应向访客提供必要的安全防护用品。
3、接待方应有专业人员全程陪同访客在实验室的活动，按照预定的路线和区域进行参观或交流。在参观过程中，接待人员应提醒访客注意安全，不得触摸、操作实验设备和仪器，不得进入危险区域。
4、如发生紧急情况，接待人员应立即启动应急预案，组织访客疏散到安全区域，并及时报告学校相关部门。
5、接待未成年人访客需向环境安全与健康处报备批准，原则上不得进入涉及易燃、易爆、有毒、有害等危险物品的实验室。

Safety Reminder of Hosting Laboratory Visits
To All Schools/Centers/Offices,
To ensure safety during laboratory visits and to maintain normal work order, please pay attention to the following precautions when hosting lab visits:
The laboratory head should decide whether to accept visitors based on laboratory's work schedule and safety conditions. Large visitor groups must obtain approval from the respective schools/centers/offices.
For first-time visitors, the host should organize safety training, including the laboratory's safety regulations, identification of hazardous areas and materials, and emergency response measures. Safety training can be conducted through explanations, videos, or distributing materials. If necessary, the host should provide visitors with necessary safety protective equipment.
The host should have professional personnel accompany visitors throughout the visit, following predetermined route and areas. The host should remind visitors to pay attention to safety, not touch or operate experimental equipment and instruments, and not enter areas with hazards.
In case of an emergency, the host should immediately activate the emergency plan, organize evacuation to a safe area, and promptly report to relevant offices.
Hosting minor visitors requires reporting to and obtaining approval from EHS Office. In principle, minors should not enter laboratories involving flammable, explosive, toxic, or hazardous materials.
